performance meets mind | ocean retreat
performance meets mind | ocean retreat
Status: available
Led by Jan Koller - Austrian freediving national record holder and founder of Deep Blue Connection - and Christopher Kozmuth, freediving instructor and psychotherapist.
Four days on the boat. The Adriatic Sea. A small group.
A freediving camp for anyone who wants to go deeper — technically, mentally, or both. Whether you're taking your first breath-hold or already diving, you get direct, personal coaching from day one — on deck and in the water.
Jan and Christopher bring two ways of seeing the same thing: freediving as a physical practice, and as a mental process. Technical coaching meets psychotherapeutic insight - out on the water, where it counts.
No crowded course. No off-the-shelf program. Every diver is met where they are, assessed and guided one on one.

place
place
Novi Vinodolski sits on the Kvarner coast — a quiet stretch of the Croatian Adriatic, with clear water, sheltered bays, and the open sea right on your doorstep. The harbour is your daily starting point, and from here the boat carries you out to dive spots you'd never find on an ordinary course.
A few practicalities: accommodation and main meals are yours to arrange. We provide a basic lunch on the boat — just pack any extras you'd like. We'd recommend staying as close to the harbour as you can, and we're always happy to point you toward good places to stay. Just ask.

Christopher Kozmuth — Co-Host
Christopher turned his passion for freediving into his profession. Through his psychotherapeutic practice — focused on breath and body therapies — and years in the water, he brings understanding and training together. For him, the connection between body and mind is the foundation of every dive.
