your experience.

You bring the experience. We act as the licensed tour operator (Pauschalreisegesetz & -verordnung) and take care of the booking infrastructure — so your retreat is fully covered, including insolvency protection for your guests' payments. A simple commission model, no upfront cost, no fixed fees.

Within 7 business days your retreat is live on deepblueconnection.com. You approve the page before it goes public.

How the numbers work. We charge 12% of your total trip revenue, with a minimum fee that scales with your retreat size (from €750). You always pay whichever is higher — commission or minimum fee. No upfront or fixed cost. The exact minimum tier is confirmed in your onboarding call.
deposit & payments

how the money flows.

All guest payments run through us, held securely as the licensed operator. Here is what that means for you:

your depositYou pay a deposit to Deep Blue covering the venue's first instalment plus the minimum fee. The rest of the venue cost is then covered from incoming guest payments.
we pay the venueDeep Blue settles all accommodation and travel-related invoices directly with the providers — on time, so you don't have to.
cut-off & securityBefore any cancellation deadline we check whether guest payments cover the costs. If not, you can top up the difference to run the retreat — full transparency, no surprises.
your payoutWithin 14 days after the retreat you receive your final settlement: trip revenue minus travel costs minus our commission = your margin.

pricing & roomsYou set the prices, room categories and availability. Prices must include accommodation and all retreat elements.
