A deeper workshop format combining practice and context.

Expansion builds on the foundations introduced in Curiosity and opens space for deeper exploration, integration, and embodied understanding. With more time available, we move beyond introduction and into lived experience.

The workshop weaves together breathwork, focused awareness, and carefully guided water-related practice. Alongside experiential sessions, we introduce theoretical context drawn from freediving - offering insight into how calm, focus, and regulation function under increased stimulation.

Water becomes a teacher here.
Not through depth or performance,
but through presence and trust.

All practices are guided, safe, and adaptable to individual comfort levels. No prior freediving experience is required - only a willingness to listen to the body and stay present.
