Together with Osmose Yoga, we invite you to Tenerife for an ocean retreat focused on presence, depth and conscious reset.

This retreat is a one week immersion combining yoga, breathwork and optional freediving sessions in a quiet setting above the Atlantic in Tenerife.

The focus lies on switching off from daily noise and creating space to explore yourself through movement, breath and stillness.

Each day includes guided yoga sessions with Manuel from Osmose Yoga, breathwork and body based practices with Pia and Jan, and the opportunity to experience freediving in small, carefully supervised groups. No previous freediving experience is required.

The program is structured but spacious. There is time for rest, integration, spa moments and simply being. The location offers sea views, calm surroundings and a private chef preparing healthy vegetarian meals throughout the week.

This retreat is not about performance. It is about regulation, awareness and connection. To your body. To the water. To the people around you.

All sessions are guided with attention to individual needs. Safety, sensitivity and quality of space are the foundation of the experience.
