This retreat is a multi-day immersion combining freediving, breathwork, and embodied practices in one of the world’s most iconic freediving locations.
Days are structured but spacious. We work with breath and water as training grounds for calm, focus, and presence under pressure. Your journey will be supported by somatic work, reflection, and community.
No prior freediving experience is required. All sessions are guided and adapted to individual levels, with safety and awareness as the foundation of the experience.

Days in Dahab follow a clear rhythm – balancing depth, rest, and integration.
Mornings typically begin with breathwork or somatic practice, followed by freediving sessions. Afternoons allow space for rest and reflection. Evenings are reserved for workshops, shared meals, and your own personal integration.

During the retreat, you’ll stay at The Gate Dahab: a modern, serene accommodation close to the main dive spots.
The space is designed to support rest, calm, and connection, offering a quiet base between ocean sessions and workshops.

AIDA 1+2
Step gently into the world of freediving with a foundation that aligns body, breath, and presence. AIDA 1 + 2 gives you the core principles of freediving - breath awareness, relaxation, safety, and basic technique - integrated naturally into the rhythm of the retreat.
Theory is introduced in two live online group calls before the retreat, giving you clarity and confidence before you even arrive. During the retreat, practical sessions and the remaining theory unfold with the group, guided to your pace, in the water and on land. The exam can be completed online during or after the retreat, allowing you to focus fully on presence while learning.
This is learning without pressure - depth with safety, calm, and embodied understanding.

AIDA 3
AIDA 3
For those ready to deepen their freediving practice, AIDA 3 combines advanced technique, depth progression, and mental regulation under pressure - all within the safe, immersive environment of the retreat. AIDA 2 or similar is needed to book AIDA 3.
As with AIDA 1 + 2, theory begins in two live online group calls, giving you grounding before arrival. On retreat, practical sessions and advanced theory are woven into the schedule alongside breathwork, somatics, and integration, so every skill develops with calm and awareness. The exam can be completed online during or after the retreat.
This is progression without rush - presence, skill, and embodied mastery evolving together.
